QBO Desk

QBO Desk connects Claude Desktop to QuickBooks Online so an accountant can read and update the books of the companies they are authorized to work in: queries, financial reports, and creating, updating, voiding or deleting accounting records.

It is operated by TLAG Mining, LLC for its own companies and the accountants it engages. It is not offered to the public.

How it works

• QBO Desk runs on the accountant's own computer as a Claude Desktop extension.
• Each QuickBooks company is connected through Intuit's standard approval screen, one company at a time, by a user with admin rights on that company.
• The connection keys stay on that computer, encrypted. This website stores nothing and never sees QuickBooks data.
