End-user license agreement

Effective September 28, 2026

This agreement is between TLAG Mining, LLC ("TLAG") and each person who installs or uses QBO Desk ("you").

1. License

TLAG grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use QBO Desk solely to access QuickBooks Online companies that you, or the organization you work for, are authorized to access, for the accounting work TLAG has engaged or permitted you to perform.

2. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accounting entries, changes and decisions you make with QBO Desk, for keeping your computer and your Intuit and Claude accounts secure, and for not sharing the app's credentials with anyone else.

3. Third-party services

QBO Desk uses Intuit QuickBooks Online and Anthropic's Claude. Your use of those services is governed by your agreements with Intuit and Anthropic.

4. No warranty

QBO Desk is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TLAG is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of QBO Desk.

6. Termination

TLAG may revoke this license at any time, including by disconnecting QBO Desk from any QuickBooks company. You may stop using QBO Desk at any time by removing the extension and disconnecting it in QuickBooks.
