What QBO Desk accesses

With your approval through Intuit, QBO Desk reads and writes the accounting data of the QuickBooks Online companies you connect, only when you ask Claude to do something with them.

Where data goes

• Your computer. Connection keys are stored encrypted on the computer where QBO Desk is installed, alongside a local log of the changes QBO Desk makes. They are not sent anywhere except to Intuit.
• Intuit. QBO Desk talks directly to Intuit's QuickBooks Online API.
• Anthropic. The QuickBooks information Claude retrieves at your request becomes part of your Claude conversation and is processed by Anthropic under your organization's agreement with Anthropic.
• This website. qbo.hermestlag.com has no accounts, cookies or analytics. Like any website, its host (Cloudflare) keeps standard request logs, which include the one-time approval code Intuit sends back. That code expires within minutes and is useless without the app's secret, which never leaves your computer. The callback page runs in your browser and hands the code straight to QBO Desk on your computer.

TLAG Mining, LLC does not sell, rent or share QuickBooks data, and does not receive it on any server.

Disconnecting and deletion

Disconnect a company by asking Claude to disconnect it, or in QuickBooks under Apps. Removing the extension and its data folder deletes everything QBO Desk stored on your computer.
